The unveiling of Springdale Green in East Austin has introduced a visually stunning and environmentally conscious office campus. Settled on 19-acres, this mixed-use development is located right here in our hometown of Austin, Texas. Designed by renowned architectural firm Gensler, Springdale Green sought to harmonize modern design with the city’s distinctive cultural and ecological context. Campus Buildings 1 and 2 showcase Sentech Architectural Systems’ soaring 26-ft tall structural glass VetraSpan Series System.

With zero opaque zones and no visible connections or hardware, this VetraSpan structural glass entrance system provides maximum transparency and is free from visual impediments. It seamlessly spans entire openings by joining panes along vertical joints, making it ideal for jumbo glass applications that embrace natural light and showcase the surrounding environment with seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity.
At the core of Springdale Green is a commitment to sustainability and the creation of a connected, vibrant community. Accordingly, Gensler’s design approach emphasized environmental responsibility, incorporating green building practices, efficient energy use, and sustainable materials throughout the project. Springdale Green stands as a testament to innovative design and sustainable development, offering a unique workspace that harmonizes with East Austin’s natural beauty.
