Sentech’s VetraSky Featured in Architectural Record & Glass Magazine

Sentech’s latest overhead structural glass product offering, VetraSky, was recently featured in 2 March digital publications- the March Issue of Architectural Record, the US-based magazine dedicated to design news, architect continuing education and all things architecture and interior design, and in Glass Magazine’s March News section, dedicated to the latest products and news in the glass and glazing industry.

VetraSky offers frameless jumbo clear-span solutions that have never been available to the market before. Deriving its strength from its curvature rather than an in-plane aluminum support system, this new, ultra-transparent glass skylight system can span up to 26-feet with single curved glass panels and has no support structure. The elimination of all visible support structure and opaque zones results in sweeping, clean views of the sky with zero interruptions. This innovative skylight system can be used in areas of high environmental loads and uses the glass curvature to develop its strength. For extreme snow loads, curved glass fins can be added to provide additional strength. Systems can be designed for use with laminated, low-E and bird-friendly glass.
